Course Description

In the Organizational Leadership Certificate Program, learning will encompass the essential skills needed for effective project management, communication, trust building, self-awareness, and motivating others. Effective leaders must possess the tools to model and maintain ethics in the workplace.  Additionally, the ability to recognize how conflict situations arise in the workplace and diagnose those issues is critical to an organization’s success. Framing organizational challenges is a critical step to leading a group through conflict.

Learner Outcomes

Upon successful completion of the program, the participant will be able to demonstrate proficiency in:

  • Framing challenges facing clients

Notes

Program is offered in a Self-Paced modality, as it allows learners to study on their own time throughout the week. However, the Program has a defined start and end date, with no option to extend completion beyond its published end date. In addition, to ensure learners are able to complete the Program within its published time frame, there are specified deadlines and due dates for assignment and assessments (exams) submissions (no extensions may be granted).
