The world of leadership is complex. Leaders are continually challenged to adapt and grow to uphold organizational objectives. Leadership Coaching is a powerful tool to help them do so. This program prepares leadership coaches with the mindset, presence, and skills to challenge and support leaders. This program is transformational because it goes beyond teaching skill and theory and invites students to grow as human beings so that they may grow into inspired leaders and effective coaches. This program is geared toward motivated professionals who want to improve their leadership and coaching skills or transition into transformational leadership coaching as a profession. Educating professionals in a structured and evidence-based way will render us a sought-after coach training program focusing on industry best practices and the skills, expertise, and structure required to coach clients effectively, from acquisition and engagement contracting to successful completion. All coursework is based on the International Coach Federation (ICF) core competencies, code of ethics, and standards of conduct applied in real-life settings.
